WHO IS ALLAH?

ALLAH is an Arabic word for GOD.

The meaning of the above Quranic verse in Arabic:

SO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO GOD (WORTHY OF BEING WORSHIPED) EXCEPT ALLAH, AND REPENT FOR YOUR SINS AND FAULTS

*We hereby sincerely call you Christians to believe only in Allah as God, and Jesus is not God, nor Son of God, but Jesus was a Prophet who was sent BY GOD to teach human to worship ALLAH. To Christian priests and popes, believe in One God that is Allah, and believe in Muhammad as the Last Prophet and the Messenger who was told by Jesus himself.

The submission of man to his Creator is the essence of Islam. The word "Islam" literally means, "to submit" or "to surrender. "The real question one should ask is: "submit and surrender" to whom? Muslims submit and surrender their will and desires to the will and the laws of the Creator. This is what "Islam" truly means. By referring to, "The Creator", Muslims are talking about "Allah."

Allah is the Creator of all that is in the heavens and the earth. In Islam, Allah is the True and Only Creator, and only he deserves to be worshipped. Nothing else is worthy of worship; not stones, statues, crosses, tombs (of any religion), the sun, the moon, stars, temples, animals, Prophets (from any religion), messengers, saints, priests, movie stars, musicians, athletes, or religious scholars. All of those are created beings, and are not worthy of worship in Islam. In fact, doing that is to associate partners with Allah, and it is the only sin that would never be forgiven on the Day of Judgment.

Allah is the Arabic word for God. This is the way all Arab Jews, Christians and Muslims call God. Allah is the personal name of God, which He gave to Himself in the Qur'an. The Qur'an is the last and final revelation from Allah to mankind, that Allah gave to Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alayhe wa sallam, through the Angel Gabriel. The name "Allah" is unique. It has no feminine or masculine form (unlike 'god' or 'goddess'). It also has no plural form (unlike 'gods' and goddesses'). The name "Allah" simply means "The One and Only True God."

The name "Allah" was not a name invented by the Arabs. It has been the name of God since the beginning of time. In the Torah, we can easily find the name that God gave Himself, "Elah", or in some cases, "Eloh" (Elohim -[im] being a form of respect in the Hebrew language). It was also used in the Aramaic language, which was the language spoken by our beloved Prophet Jesus, alayhes salam.

The Creator, Allah, has perfect attributes. He is the First; there was none before Him, and He is the Last. Allah is the Ever-living; everything will end in death, except Him. He is the Protecting Friend and to Him is the Final Return, where everything will be dealt with and judged in the Most Perfect and Just way.

Muslims are confident of the Just and Perfect Judgment of Allah, The Creator, because He tells us repeatedly in the Qur'an that He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Gracious, Most Merciful, and perfectly just.

Allah also tells us in the Qur'an, that He does not beget, nor is He begotten. Begetting offspring, eating and sleeping are all characteristics of created things. Compare this, for example, to the Biblical ideas of God resting on the seventh day of creation, and begetting a son.

Muslims believe that Allah does not have the characteristics of people, animals or any created things. Muslims also believe that Allah is All- Powerful and able to do all things, He merely says to it "Be" and it is. Such as the case of the miraculous birth of Prophet Jesus, alayhes salam, and when Allah created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them.

The most important point about Islamic worship is to understand that Muslims worship One God only. This pure and simple message of Islam has remained unchanged since the first man walked on earth. From the Prophet Moses, alayhes salam, calling out to his people, "Hear 'O Israel: The Lord our God is One" [Deuteronomy 6:4 (English-KJV)]; to Prophet Jesus, alayhes salam, teaching and reprimanding his disciples, "Why does thou callest me good? There is none good but one, that is, God" [Matthew 19: 17; Mark 10: 18; Luke 18: 19 (English-KJV)]; to the last messenger of monotheism who came with the final revelation from God proclaiming, "Your God is One God, there is none who has the right to be worshipped but He, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful" [Qur'an 2: 163].

Allah, The One. This is whom over one-billion Muslims across the world pray to five times each day.

The declaration of faith for one who wants to embrace Islam is: "Ashadu Alla Ilaha Illallah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasoolullah", which means when translated to English: "There is nothing worthy of worship but Allah; alone, and Muhammad is His Messenger."

This simple, yet profound belief is what draws thousands of Westerners and people from all walks of life, religions, cultural and ethnic backgrounds to Islam every year and has made the religion of Islam the fastest growing religion on earth today.

ALLAH possesses unique and ultimate attributes - He is the One, the Creator of Universe and Mankind. He is All-Knowing. He is the Most Gracious, and the Most Merciful, the Most Just, the Provider and Sustainer, the Guide.

But He is also the Avenger, the Vanquisher, the Punisher, the Destroyer - He hates to be associated with anything else, or be assigned sonship or humannes like what Trinitiy teaches Christians. In fact, the biggest sin which He will never ever pardon or forgive is the worship of Him in association with anything else.

Non-Muslims often thought that Islam makes its adherents worship something else other than God.

No, Muslims do not worship any human, any Prophet, any idol, or any symbol.

Often one hears the Arabic word Allaah being used in discussions regarding Islaam. The word Allaah is simply the Arabic word for Almighty God, and is the same word used by Arabic speaking Christians and Jews.

As a matter of fact, the word Allaah was in use far before the word God ever came into existence, since English is a relatively new language. If one were to pick up an Arabic translation of the Bible, one would see the word Allaah being use where the word God is used in English. For instance, Arabic speaking Christians say that Jesus is, according to their canon belief, the Son of Allaah.

In addition, the Arabic word for Almighty God, Allaah, is quite similar to the word for God in other Semitic languages. For example, the Hebrew word for God is `Elah'. (Variations: Yahweh ?) For various reasons, some non-Muslims mistakenly believe that Muslims worship a different God than the God of Moses and Abraham and Jesus.

This is certainly not the case, since the Pure Monotheism of Islaam calls all people to the worship of the God of Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and all the other prophets, peace be upon them.

*There are Jewish priests (rabbis) and Christian evangelists and missionaries who lie by spreading the notion that Muslims worship the `Moon god' and that's why the Muslims have the crescent (half moon) as a symbol. Or Muslims worship the Kaabah - the black structure in Mecca.

Please be informed that Muslims do not worship people, a human deity, an idol, a dogma, or a spirit. Muslims DO NOT WORSHIP THE BLACKSTONE IN MECCA. They prostrate only towards the black structure (Kaabah) but it only serves as the focus point for all Muslim prayers from all over the world.

Muslims worship only Allah, He alone is worshipped, and to Him alone Muslims submit to, spiritually and faithfully.

Christians have turned to worshipping Jesus AS GOD, who was human with flesh and blood, and say that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and created the Trinity concept out of nothing other than their ignorance, bearing the wrath of AALLAH (God) who forbades human to equate Him to His Creations.

Other heretics and apostates turned to worshipping Satan, which is a very gravious act of going against ALLAH over and out! Freemasons and Judaism have been proven to worship Satan. It is strange indeed that these Satanic cults are staunch materialists and anti-religion who look at Islam negatively, whilst they all believe in Satanic power and fall to satanic influence.

Again and again in the Quran, ALLAH (Our God, your God) said Himself that He hates and despises the people of the books (Jews and Christians) because:

1. Jews believe in One God, but they consistently breached the laws and refused to acknowledge Muhammad as the last Prophet just because he was Arab. Jews even went further to smear Gabriel the arch angel, Mary, and Jesus the Great Prophet. Whom do you think INVENT THE TRINITY? It was Paul a Jewish who instigated Roman persecution of Jesus!

2. Christians for believing in TRINITY which goes against the First Commandment - Do Not Worship anything or anybody else except God! And they made the very big sin of assigning sonship, and humanness to God by the Trinity doctrine! Jesus DID NOT claim to be God, Son of God, or anything, Jesus himself said `Do not worship me, I am a Prophet sent by God to guide the Children of Israel (Jews) back to the straight path.

3. Refusing the Prophethood of Muhammad and the Quran.

4. They persist in disbelieving in Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran - but attempt to destroy Islam, distort its teachings, pull the Muslims to be apostates (quitting Islam) by hook or by crook, and insult and smear Islam and the Muslims.

Moreover, Jewish and Christian money funded the propagation of Christianity and apostasy amongst Muslim communities disguised as relief funds for example among the Acheh Muslims after the tsunami.

Christians and Jews - do you want to wait until Jesus return to the earth so that you will believe in Muhammad and Oneness of God? On that day, what happens is that Jesus will lead Muslims the adherents of Islam (the `Mohammedans' as you might call them) against Dajjal, the anti-Christ, and all the armies and soldiers will fight in the battle between Islam the Truth, and the Kuffars, the disbelievers.
